Corporate Social Responsibility is fundamentally a self-regulating corporate model. No place in the world is safe from the consequences of climate change in a world where climate change has begun to have a dramatic influence on the consciousness of weather events rising in fury. Aware of this, D.H.A.R.M.A. is a great concept to bring the two upstate together for the sake of mankind. In a world where corporate social responsibility is only a hashtag and a procedure to follow, Harsha Vardhan, CEO of ELITE E2, is attempting to establish CSR as a guideline and a concept for his firm to operate around. Among his many other projects, one of his most recent is D.H.A.R.M.A.
In the D.H.A.R.M.A. initiative, the corporation has resolved to contribute 20% of its revenue in order to make a larger contribution to society. As of now, the organization has opted to begin with two programs under the D.H.A.R.M.A, with two projects scheduled for each Monday and Friday of the week.
Green evolution is our only hope for change. A green economy is one that is low in carbon, efficient in resources, and socially inclusive. When we plant a tree, we are sowing hope, not merely a sapling. We are all cognizant of how vital trees really are. We initially used the notion of deforestation to make way for additional structures, but when we watched the environment deteriorate, we shifted to “afforestation.” And that is exactly what ECO SAVE is: a simple procedure of planting more trees for a brighter future.
Under the D.H.A.R.M.A. the CEO has launched The ECO SAVE program, a tree plantation effort in ELITE E2.ECO SAVE is a strategy in which they advocate the planting of a tree every week. Tree planting is vital to sustaining life and keeping green equilibrium. These organised actions, such as raising awareness, afforestation campaigns, and community outreach, offer clues to nourishing and protecting trees, which is crucial to the future of the ecosystem and the survival of the human race.
Trees are essentially human and other living species’ livestock. The corporation has indeed vowed to plant at least 1,000 trees before the end of this campaign. However, the significance and value of planting trees has only grown with each succeeding day. Planting more trees must be a collective purpose of all humanity in order to rescue our hurting planet, and we ELITE E2 are treading in the footsteps of this thought to save the globe. Every Monday, the firm intends to plant one sapling for the same purpose.
The mission’s goal is to make people aware of the importance of tree planting and to assist them in doing so. This has been the overarching motivation of the project from its inception, that is Education + Environment. If you do not rescue trees, your environment will have less oxygen, and the earth’s principal source of cattle and food will be destroyed. A more in-depth essay about ECO SAVE will be published shortly.
Nelson Mandela famously remarked, “Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world,” and our CEO strongly believes in nurturing the future, which is why his brainwave has launched yet another campaign, “CHILD C.A.R.E.”, a child awareness initiative for adoption and education. This is a programme in which we would expand the E2 Family by bringing in youngsters who would learn and develop with us. CHILD C.A.R.E. is an excellent example of how raising awareness about child care can aid in the development of society.
Not only that, but CHILD C.A.R.E. encourages child development and growth via routines and positive reinforcement. Praise and encouragement are essential for a child’s development. According to the study, a 2-year-old child hears 432 negative words each day but only 32 good statements per day.
Having positive and encouraging sentiments will establish an empowering environment in the actions of these individuals. And instilling hope in these tiny jewels may do wonders for their faith in mankind.
A simple initiative like this may make a difference in the life of a kid, and small sacrifices can have a big influence on the lives of others. CHILD C.A.R.E is an excellent approach to conveying the critical subject of education to youngsters who do not have access to a suitable educational system. Shalini, a very lovely and skilled newcomer, has brightened our days with her smile.
Last but not least, D.H.A.R.M.A. is a suitable definition of ELITE E2 and the CEO’s commitment to sustainability, economic development, the local community, and society at large in order to improve the quality of life. We invite everyone to take part in the movement for societal improvement.
